 First off, what is Kangen water?

If you look at their website at www.enagic.com, they will tell you it is a type of electrolyzed water with an electron potential containing sodium hydroxide produced by the anodes (plates in the machine) . In general, the pH is over 11.0.

Simply put, it is giving you water loaded with antioxidants and making it highly alkaline.
